Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached, affix the prepaid label, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
